Do you charge for an initial consultation?

No. The first conversation is used to understand the decision you are facing and to determine whether our involvement adds value. Fees are quoted only once scope is clear.

How is confidentiality handled?

Every engagement operates under NDA where required. No information about you, your site or your intentions is shared with any party without your written instruction.

Do you work outside Ontario?

Yes. While our office is in Toronto, we advise on fuel and convenience assets across Canada and coordinate with local counsel and consultants as needed.

How quickly can you begin?

For live transactions we can typically begin preliminary assessment within a few business days of intake, subject to scope and documentation availability.
